Sean is a nationally renowned visual thinker, entrepreneurial strategist and catalyst for bringing big ideas to fruition.

An artist with an entrepreneurial spirit, Sean is a pioneer of strategic thinking through graphic facilitation. Focused on solution based outcomes, he engages participants through the use of imagery, color and metaphor to inspire meaningful organizational change. He has graphically facilitated more than 2,500 programs and worked with organizations including JP Morgan/Chase, AT&T, Lands End, NTT Data, and NASA. Sean has helped launch more than 200 businesses and is the author of four books.

During the Internet’s infancy, Sean harnessed his knack for business strategy, successfully building several technology and internet based companies. Though his successes include partnerships with globally known brands such as, Lamborghini, NASA, The Lone Ranger, Bernard of Hollywood, Gumby, King Features, and NBC, he considers his most rewarding accomplishment being honored as the Santa Clara County, California recipient of The Disabilities Employer of the Year award while CEO of StudioFX.

Sean launched 17 businesses of his own while living in Silicon Valley and continues to create a culture of entrepreneurism in his new “home” town, Tulsa, OK. Sean has founded several nationally recognized programs including the Tulsa Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, the Collaboratorium Entrepreneurial Accelerator, the Tulsa Community College “Launch” start-up program, and the Tulsey Awards. Sean’s commitment and involvement has been vital to growing Tulsa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
