Sean Griffin is CEO and Founder of StartUp Cup. Sean is a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur turned entrepreneurial educator who has been a founder or co-founder of 21 businesses and 3 non-profit organizations.

Sean has been active in entrepreneurial community development since 1992 as a founding member of Joint Venture:Silicon Valley, co-founder of the NASA funded Digital Clubhouse Network and as Chair of Entrepreneurial Initiatives for the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Sean has worked as a professional visual thinker and graphic facilitator for the last 22 years. He has designed the VizToolz collection of self-guided business building visual thinking tools and authored six books, including the most recent: StartUp Cookbook – A Visual Guide to Designing and Building a Business.

Sean has developed a number of experiential based entrepreneurship and startup programs for Community Colleges and Universities around the globe and he currently sits on the USA Global Entrepreneurship Week Advisory Board.
